Gainesville’s production brewery has certainly been busy. With the addition of limited firkins and the promise of building a new brewery, the stalwart Gainesvillians have not been idle.
Now comes an announcement that Swamp Head has a new Double IPA dubbed Tropical Disturbance. According to the brewery’s Tactical Marketing Manager, Brandon Nappy, Tropical Disturbance is an 8.7% ABV DIPA that is hopped with Centennial, Columbus, and Simcoe hops. The beer finishes at about 85 IBU’s and a small amount of draft will see distribution outside of the Wetlands Tasting Room.
