Dunedin’s 7venth Sun Brewing co-owner Devon Kreps has been in Spain for the last few days. While there, Devon has been spreading the good word about 7venth Sun and Florida’s nascent craft beer scene, but she has also been flexing her brewing muscles, brewing up several collaboration beers with Edge Brewing of Barcelona.

So far, Devon has brewed:

A 9% ABV Double IPA with “lots of Citra, Chinook, Columbus, Centennial, and Cascade.”

A 4.5% Strawberry Saison brewed with “over 40 kilos of strawberries picked from local farms.”

Edge Brewing of Barcelona has collaborations with a few other Florida breweries scheduled. More information as it becomes available.
