Gainesville’s original craft brewery would usually throw a weekend bash to celebrate their anniversary. There would be special beers on tap, commemorative glassware, and faces new and old would come through the Wetlands (tasting room) to celebrate another trip around the sun. In 2021, though, that is not the case. Out of an abundance of caution during the COVID-19 pandemic, Swamp Head Brewery has decided to release their anniversary beers, and their nostalgia, in cans available in their drive-thru station.

Thirteen years is a huge milestone for us: at some point in this year we’ll have spent just as long at our current site as we did at the original Swamp Head Brewery! To celebrate our past, and do a little reminiscing along the way, our brewers are putting together an ultimate 12-pack of anniversary beers featuring six brand new beers (two of each style) inspired by well-loved Swamp Head beers of the past and the present.

—————————————-This is NOT a tasting room event. We ask that no Anniversary beer cans are consumed on the Swamp Head premises in order to maintain the health and safety of our team and community. Pick up your beers at the drive thru, invite a few friends over, and enjoy this year’s anniversary beers from the safety of your home.
-Anniversary beers will not be available on draft Saturday. If you wish to hang out for a beer at The Wetlands while picking up your beers, please note that our capacity is extremely limited at this time and you may be unable to get a table if we reach capacity. We also ask that no cans are consumed on our premises.
-Anniversary bundles will be limited. We highly recommend placing your order online before driving out to the brewery, in case of a sellout.
-Please note that you can pick up your Anniversary bundle any time between 12-10 pm on Saturday. It is a good idea to come later in the afternoon, as drive thru lines are generally longest when we first open.
-Please have your Order number/receipt verification ready when you enter the drive thru on Saturday, 3/27 so that we can get you your order quickly!
