Tallahassee’s first craft brewery announces the return of their fall seasonal and crowd favorite, Prooftoberfest – the locally loved version of the malty classic lager. The beer is available now, per a release from Proof.

Prooftoberfest returns in all its festival glory. Available online for pickup or at the Brewpub. 6-packs will start to roll out at retailers where Proof is sold within a few weeks from the release day.

In the same release, Proof sent a thank you to their staff and more information about the release of their Double New England IPA that will celebrate 1,000 batches of beer brewed.

The Number M – Batch 1000

Our brewery hit a celebratory milestone. We brewed Batch 1000!!

To celebrate, we did a Double Hazy IPA that’ll be releasing in the Brewpub only on August 5th.  Sales will be made available online at 10am or inside the Brewpub at 4pm.

The Number M is a 9.5% Double Hazy IPA brewed with El Dorado, Idaho 7, Citra, & Azacca. A tropical harmony of pineapple, melon, and fresh citrus.
