Playalinda Brewing Company Titusville location becomes Hardware Store Brewing Company

In a world that seems full of change in the brewing industry, the Space Coast’s Playalinda Brewing has recently made the announcement that the brewery will be transferring to new ownership which includes the rebranding of their downtown Titusville location to Hardware Store Brewing Company.

What does this mean?
The commitment to quality, innovation, and the Playalinda Brewing Company experience will continue to remain strong. Under new leadership, the brewery will continue to operate and grow, with fresh opportunities on the horizon!
In addition, our downtown location will continue to operate as a brewery – Hardware Store Brewing Company, and will be keeping the spirit of great beer alive and well with Ron at the helm!

Playalinda Brewing is doing business in two locations – their Downtown Titusville location, dubbed “The Hardware Store” (now Hardware Store Brewing Co) and also a larger facility called Playalinda Brewing – The Brix Project – a full-service bar and restaurant. According to the original post and subsequent questions answered, some new information came to light:

1. Playalinda Brewing’s brewer Ron Raike will continue brewing with Hardware Store Brewing and will remain in Titusville, as will the entire team who previously worked at the hardware store location.

2. Playalinda’s Facebook page and Untappd page and beers have been transferred to Hardware Store Brewing Company.

3. Hardware Store Brewing Company has indicated in the comments section that Playalinda Brewing will retain the recipes for the beers with the Playalinda name on them.

4. Melbourne’s Intracoastal Brewing Company has purchased Playalinda Brewing’s Brix Project location in Titusville.

5. Ron will likely continue to brew his annual celebration of peanut-butter beers.
