Tampa’s Coppertail Brewing celebrates ten years in Tampa Bay’s craft beer scene on October 19th, 2024. The brewery and its team will be celebrating by incorporating members of the brewing community, including thirteen collaboration beers brewed to celebrate the occasion.

Join us on October 19 for our 10th Anniversary Party! It’s a FREE, all-day, family-friendly celebration featuring live Friends, Music, Beer, and BBQ.
Live music by Mustard Service, Rohna, Akiva the Band, Treis & Friends, Shevonne & the Force, Quail Hollow and DJ MES between sets.

We’ll have 12 (13 with Barriehaus for the Oktoberfest release, but we’re including them!) collaboration beers on tap with our friends from Barriehaus, Dissent, Magnanimous, Ology, Angry Chair, Deviant, Leaven, TBBC, Home State, deBine, The Tank, Florida Ave, and Cigar City. Don’t miss out!

Coppertail Brewing’s anniversary will take place Saturday, October 19th at the brewery – across from Tampa’s IKEA store – at 2601 East 2nd Avenue in Tampa, on the southern end of Ybor City.

Coppertail Brewing was one of the first breweries Florida Beer News wrote about ten years ago, and many of their opening and lead-up-to-opening posts are still live on the site (although somewhat cringeworthy as much of the oldest content can be). Coppertail was also one of the first breweries to support Florida Beer News and one of the first to appear on the BeerWise podcast.

Coppertail Brewing Co is an independently owned production brewery and tasting room in the historic Ybor neighborhood of Tampa, FL. It was founded on the desire to bring more quality, Florida-brewed beer to the thirsty masses. Florida Inspired. Tampa Brewed.

The brewery became operational in the summer of 2014. Our staff brews on a state-of-the-art 50 barrel Rolec brewhouse. We have 2,000 barrels of fermentation space with tanks ranging from 7 barrels to 250 barrels. All of our beer is handcrafted right here in Tampa Bay at our Ybor City facility.
