Wednesday, December 11th saw Cigar City Brewing release its anticipated availability calendar for 2014. This calendar marks the return and lineup change for several old favorites, and brings up questions about some new additions to CCB’s portfolio.
Highlights:
*White Oak Jai Alai, Humidor Series IPA, and Hopped on the High Seas will all be part of CCB’s core lineup with limited availability.
*White Oak Jai Alai, Humidor Series IPA, and Hopped on the High Seas will all be canned in 2014.
*Puppy’s Breath Porter will return in 2014, as evidenced by CCB’s recent attempt to find the World’s Cutest Puppy for the can design.
*When Cigar City said they were serious about nitro beers, they devoted an entire section of their calendar to it: Cafe Con Leche, Horchata, Patio Tools, and many other CCB seasonal favorites are on the calendar as nitro beers for 2014.
*What is Humidor Series American Sour Ale? The world will know in April of 2014.
