Brew Bus Brewing has a few new beers coming out this month. One of them is the first installment of the Detour Series.
The Detour Series is an “artisan series”, the “rare beer series”, it’s the cream of the crop… the Detour Series will include wood aged beers, special treatment and release beers, and barrel-aged beers.
Wood-Aged Rollin Dirty is the first “Detour Series” release. Aged on Spanish cedar, the Rollin Dirty takes on a different malt character blended perfectly with the caramel and chocolate malt of Rollin Dirty. Adding the wood during secondary fermentation allowed for huge aromatic notes of the Spanish cedar, displaying sandalwood, nutmeg, and reinforced caramel and chocolate notes from Rollin Dirty.
