Tallahassee’s Ology Brewing announced the grand opening of their Northside Tallahassee location, which Ology head brewer Nick Walker alluded to when he was a guest on the BeerWise podcast.

Friday is the day! Ology Northside opens for its Grand Opening!
We’ve been working hard on getting this beautiful space ready for you – it features a large taplist of the Ology brews you’ve come to love (and a signature lager designed solely for the Northside taproom), an elevated cocktail menu with our specialty liquors, FoodLab’s long awaited return, a large space to accommodate the Tallahassee community, an outdoor back patio, and an event space.
From signature craft cocktails to crushable draft cocktails and even a couple surprisingly complex mocktails, Ology Distilling is taking Ology [Northside]’s cocktail menu to the next level. We have focused on our quality spirits and designed rich and flavorful builds to match.
Ology Food Lab will be serving a sampler plate that will highlight some of the items that will be on our full menu. Chef Randy Blass has been working hard designing a menu focused on fresh, local ingredients. Whether it’s in-house curing meats from local farms to fresh produce sourced in the Tallahassee area – this menu will be highly consumable and perfectly matched to an Ology craft beverage.
For the first couple weeks our hours will be limited to the below. Also, Ology Coffee is on the horizon in the next couple weeks as well as a full Breakfast, Lunch/Dinner, and Late-Night Menu so you can enjoy the space with us all day long.
