Boca Raton’s Barrel of Monks Brewing has announced the upcoming release of Wizard in Pink Belgian White Ale, Autumn Embers Marzen, and Endless Enigma IPA coming Saturday, September 23rd.

Together, they play a diverse range of music, from rock to folk, spanning decades of iconic artists.

With each purchase, a portion of the proceeds goes towards breast cancer awareness.

Every year in October we add Raspberries to The Wizard White Ale to create a very special beer for breast cancer awareness month. While we added plenty of raspberries for flavor, aroma and color we made sure to not cover up the refreshing malty goodness of The Wizard. You can still taste the slight hints of orange and coriander now made even more complex with this extra fruit addition. This beer is dry and drinkable with a faint tartness on the back end. Through the month of October a portion of the proceeds of this beers sales will be donated to breast cancer research.
A classic Marzen in style, Autumn Embers is an amber lager that embodies the essence of autumn. The enticing aroma is that of toasty malt and bread crust. A symphony of flavors follows the first sip, with toasted malt flavors taking center stage, imparting a deliciously smooth and slightly nutty character. Notes of caramel and toffee dance delicately, balancing the malt backbone with a gentle sweetness. A kiss of herbal hops adds just the right touch of bitterness, leaving a clean and satisfying finish.
With Endless Enigma, the complexity of our first ever IPA has continued to evolve, each iteration building on the last. A virtual labyrinth of elaborate flavors such as grapefruit, tangerine, and peach meander to more earthy and resinous tones. Our goal is to leave you astonished, dumbfounded, and confounded as the flavors unfurl with each new sip. Like a masterpiece we never intend to finish, we will continue to endlessly explore and craft this boundless enigma for years to come.

The three friends started brewing themselves and never looked back, honing their brewing skills to develop high-quality ales reminiscent of the fine ales coming out of Belgium.
