Ocala’s first craft brewery, Infinite Ale Works, has been managing two locations as a brewery for several months now. They have come up with a plan for the evolution of their old location, and are seeking community investors who would like to get in on the ground floor of their idea.
From Infinite Ale Works:
Dear Infinite Ale Works family,
Infinite Ale Works will officially be relocated to Midtown Station effective Feb 1, 2025. Thank you all for being patient as we work through the remaining hurdles of getting the brewery back up to full speed at Midtown Station. We have had a few unexpected hurdles during our expansion that we have been working through diligently behind the scenes. However, hurdles can become opportunities! We recently launched Infinite Kitchen at Midtown Station, and to say we have seen instant support and success would be an understatement. Our new menu has added a lot of variety and will give us a platform to do a lot of fun food and beverage combinations and pairings in the future!
But what is our plan for the old location???
Our plan is to rebrand and relaunch the location as Ocala’s Brewcade! We will continue to brew there on our Pilot System, as well as bring in some rotating guest beers (feel free to make some suggestions of what you might like to see). But a main focus of Ocala’s Brewcade will be adding food! Food is something that has always been missing at this location and something you all have told us you would like to see us add. As some of you may know, our first downtown hospitality venture was Pi on Broadway. We recently purchased the same brick oven that was so good to us for so long at Pi on Broadway. We’ll be adding it to the mix at Ocala Brewcade, with a great selection of brick oven pizza’s, appetizers, and some additional creations to round out the menu. The combination of our old location needing to add food and the start of the very successful Infinite Kitchen at Midtown Station, has led us to start a new entity based solely around the food side of the business. Our motto, ‘Traditionally Inspired, Infinitely Creative’ is coming full circle in ways we never thought it would when we opened the brewery in 2013.
So what is the purpose of this message?
Change is hard, growing pains are harder.
We are currently in the process of raising funds for the relaunching of our original location. We would love a refresh, as well as adding the kitchen. As many of you have seen first-hand, it took us a lot longer and cost a lot more than we anticipated to get Midtown Station up and running. Our vision for the next phase of our original location and the fact that so many of you (and us) love that spot so much has caused another opportunity to arise. We put our heads together and we have come up with a solution that we think our most loyal regulars will find amazing! We want you all to be in on the growth and success of the original location with us! We will be selling memberships in the new parent company that owns our food concepts Infinite Kitchen, and Pi Off Broadway.
-Each Membership gives you an income each week in profit sharing for the length of time you are invested.
-Memberships can be purchased back with a 90-day notice.
-You will also receive a 25% off discount on food and non-alcoholic beverages at every visit for you and one guest which is valid at Infinite Kitchen and Pi Off Broadway.
-You will be allowed to request quarterly business updates.
-Each membership will be secured with a security note outlining the specific terms listed above.
The memberships are sold in $5,000 increments and you will receive $50 a week for every $5,000 of investment. (ie. 10K will get you $100 a week of profit sharing, 15K will get you $150 etc.) We are seeking to start your profit share the week after you sign your investment papers. The profit sharing is not a reduction of principal, is it strictly that, sharing in the profits of our successful food businesses.
We are so grateful for all the support and patience everyone has contributed to us over the last year during our expansion. To say it has been challenging would be the biggest understatement of our lives! Like I said, challenges have proven to be opportunities, and we are so grateful for all the patronage everyone has been showing to Midtown Station and our OG location
Sincerely,
Tom and Kristin McDonald
