Orlando’s Cask and Larder is quickly becoming one of the hottest spots in Florida Craft Beer Culture. As such, the Southern-themed kitchen and brewery is changing its official name to reflect its focus on craft beer. The focus will be the same as it has been, the only difference is the name. After all, a great craft brewpub by any other name is still an outstanding craft brewpub.
From The Orlando Sentinel via Beerpulse:
Cask & Larder has named its brewery Ravenous Brewing Co. to reflect the beers that restaurant will be distributing. […] In addition, the restaurant’s name is evolving to Cask & Larder’s Southern Brewery & Kitchen.
The great news from this post, as Cask and Larder (or Ravenous Brewing Company) hinted at a few weeks ago when they were selling kegs, is that Cask and Larder does have distributing ambitions. Look for more information on this as Cask and Larder’s brewery develops into production.
