Tampa’s Cigar City Brewing is debuting two of their offerings in new larger can options. If you thought 12oz or 16oz of double IPA or hard seltzer was not enough for one session, then the brewery has heard you and an answer is on the way:
On the latest episode of the BeerWise Podcast, editor Mark DeNote talks to Coppertail Brewing owner Kent Bailey about the brewery’s quest for hops, some of the awesome beers the brewery has fermenting, and the origin and state of the brewery’s partnership with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Press release: Boynton Beach, Florida – Due South Brewing Co., a full production brewery with taproom in Boynton Beach, FL, announced they will be ceasing operations later this year.
Ever since they announced closing their taproom and investments in brewery equipment back in August of 2020, Orchid Island Brewery of Vero Beach has been somewhat silent, despite teasing new can design in December of 2020. Now Vero Beach’s first craft brewery has announced that they have found a new home for their “Grove to Glass Beer Project.”
The beer that won Cigar City Brewing (CCB) their first Great American Beer Festival (GABF) medal has returned. CCB has changed the name of the beer from “Humidor Jai Alai” or “Humidor IPA” to “Spanish Cedar Jai Alai,” but the unique taste is the one that IPA lovers have come to know as distinctly Cigar City.
Tampa’s Angry Chair Brewing Company made a name for themselves with eager beer enthusiasts seeking their bottles and lining up at all hours of the night for releases.
