Tampa’s Cigar City Brewing is consistently expanding and adding fermentation capacity in order to slake the insatiable Floridian thirst for their beer. This 240-barrel brite tank will join the two 120-barrel fermenters that Cigar City installed on August 5th in order to bring more Cigar City Beer to market. For those not familiar with beer measurements, that means that when this tank is full, it will hold 7,440 gallons of beer that can then be canned, kegged, or bottled and shipped to market or released from the brewery.
The question now stands: what beer will fill that tank?
