Florida’s craft brewers will be losing another brewery from their ranks at the end of October 2025, as Clermont’s eponymous Brewing Company announces an upcoming change in concept from craft brewery to bar-and-gathering spot.

Let’s close one chapter and start the next — together.
According to the responses in the comments, Clermont Brewing Company will no longer brew their own beer, but will be adding domestic beer and a selection of craft offerings. The new business taking over the spot, The Station, will also honor gift cards for Clermont Brewing Company and keep many of the themed nights and events CBC has been known for moving forward.
From the editor: While many breweries are choosing to close their doors, it is an interesting move for CBC to change their concept and add domestic beer options, and move away from brewing their own beer.
Clermont does have Suncreek Brewery nearby, with its beer in cans, and another large-scale brewery, Crooked Can Brewing, is building a new facility in Minneola. As Clermont and Lake County have no shortage of people moving to the community, it will remain to be seen how the community will react to this new concept, but many seem to be excited for the new theme and offerings, at least based on the 78 comments that the announcement has garnered as of publication.
