Coppertail Brewing's latest releases
Tampa’s Coppertail Brewing has several new releases now available at the brewery – from a new addition to their core lineup to two new seasonal beers (one with a new recipe).

????? ???????
Adding a bit of haze to our core lineup. This Hazy IPA features Sabro, BRU-1, and Talus hops with oats and pilsner malts, fermented with our house hazy yeast. Pouring a hazy yellow with thick active white head and boasting citrus, tropical fruit, and stone fruit notes followed by a crisp malt backbone to bring it all together. 6.5% ABV.

The Cloud Dweller lives in all of us. Once you’ve fully surrendered to the haze, and allowed the clouds to completely envelope your senses you will finally find your clarity.

ALPHA HUNT IPA – KIKO SANTIAGO

As part of our ongoing hunt to continually discover unique hops and hop blends, this year’s Kiko Santiago is an East Coast IPA featuring Simcoe, Mosaic, and Talus hops with flaked oats. Smooth taste, slight bitterness. A delicate mango aroma gives way to intense dank notes followed by lemon zest, pine sap, and fresh-cut flowers. 6.6% ABV. $10 per 4-pack 16oz cans.

SUNKEN GROVE

A refreshingly crushable, lightly tart gose featuring the zest of over 1000lbs of Juicy Crunch tangerines from our local grower partner Noble Citrus. This beer drinks like a spritzer garnished with a fresh tangerine peel. A slightly salty backbone adds a complexity to the taste that compliments the tangerine aroma. 4.3% ABV. $10 per 6-pack 12oz cans.

About Coppertail Brewing
Coppertail is a sea monster that lives in Tampa Bay. I know this because my 5-year old daughter told me about it. Somehow, though, it seems like the perfect name for this brewery.
Coppertail is the strange and fantastic that lurks beneath Tampa Bay. Coppertail is dreaming of the impossible. Kind of like the craft brewing industry going up against the giant mega-brewers. Or like a home-brewer putting everything on the line to start a brewery.
We believe in Coppertail.
