Cycle Brewing confirms its reputation as Saint Petersburg’s “surprise” brewery. From announcing opening day the afternoon that it happened to surprise tappings, Cycle is full of serendipity. The brewery says it best in their post.
From Cycle Brewing:
Releasing today at NOON, some bottles! This is the first Rare DOS release since the ill fated release of 2013, we have put the beer through our best stability tests and have a lot of confidence this time around. That said, we would never advise aging, there are some beers that may get better with age but we are pretty sure this isn’t one of them. We will always stand behind our product.
Pretty please, do not line up in the morning and block the neighbors doors or sidewalk cafe. We are not anticipating needing to do the number system this time around but we are prepared if it comes to that. There is plenty of beer, save yourself the standing around. Parking is on the street, the bank is pretty nice but we want to respect their lot during banking hours and you definitely will get towed from the museum lot behind the brewery, they cracked down big time.
Limits to be announced when we open the doors, we will say this is the most we have had to date.
Lastly, there are many reasons for doing the release this way and none of them are to inconvenience our customers. The biggest reason is that we have very limited space and we would like to keep the police, the fire marshal and our neighbors on our good side.
Cycle Brewing is located at 534 Central Avenue in Saint Petersburg. The trouble starts at Noon for the Rare DOS release.
