Darwin Brewing Company of Bradenton has been working to get their feet under them in the new production brewery. Brewmaster Jorge Rosabal has been cranking out Darwin beers and working towards canning and keeping kegs stocked while the tasting room rolls along. According to a recent Darwin newsletter, Darwin’s will now also be participating in a new Florida tradition: tapping a limited beer on a weekly basis.

From the Darwin Brewing Newsletter:

Darwin Brewing Company is proud to announce the beginning of a series of limited release beers –

These beers, made on our brewery’s mini-system, allows DBC’s Pilot System Brewer Mike Rogers to experiment with new styles, new flavors, and new ingredients…
These beers will be one-and-done – meaning, typically, there will only be one small keg of each beer — once it’s, it’s gone!

The next tapping of the Pilot System Series will be on Thursday, November 6th, when the doors to the Tap Room open at 4pm – and will continue every Thursday thereafter.

Darwin Brewing is located at 803 17th Avenue West in Bradenton. The next Tap It! Thirsday will take place on Thursday, November 13th. The trouble starts at 4pm.
