The organizers of 2015’s Volusia Beer Week have many events in the works, but they have scored a major keynote speaker to headline the week: Dr. Patrick McGovern. Dr. McGovern has a background in many things scientific, but is most renowned in the beer world for his involvement with Dogfish Head’s Ancient Ales project.
