One of Florida’s oldest-running imperial stout release days is back for 2025 – Intuition Ale Works’ Underdark Day. Underdark Day is a day that marks the release of Intuition Ale Works’ Underdark Imperial Stout Aged in Oak Barrels, as well as several variants usually released with it. On top of the beer release, Underdark Day is also a day to celebrate role-playing games, most notably the classic Dungeons and Dragons.

– This year’s release will take place in the taproom and rooftop on February 1st, from noon until close.
– 4-packs of cans are $20. No limit!
– We encourage all dungeon masters, role players, and gamers to join us for an afternoon of drinking and merriment. All RPGs, tabletop games, card, and board games are welcome.
– 2025 Underdark was brewed with our classic Imperial Stout recipe, then aged in – and blended from – a combination of 8+ year single-use Elijah Craig Bourbon Barrels, Hemingway Papa’s Pilar Rum Barrels (Ex-Rye), and BLiS Maple Syrup Barrels (Ex-Bourbon).
