Tampa’s Hidden Springs Ale Works announces three new canned offerings and a special bottled double-oaked imperial stout.

New Release – coming
Tea’s in the Trap: You don’t need a good golf swing to appreciate our homage to a classic Southern beverage – lemonade and sweet iced tea. A sour ale with the well-balanced flavor of lemon & black tea. Just the way you ordered it. 5.5% ABV.
Strata Shenanigans: Dank is delicious but with Strata hops you also get a bit of strawberry and citrus undertones. A well-“Strata”fied, hop-forward beer. Part of our Shenanigans Hop series. 5.5% ABV.
Moonflower: A dream of a sour ale with tart grape flavors from black currants, nutty depth from in-house roasted hazelnuts, cacao nibs, and warm vanilla.
In Between Dreams (2023 Edition): Enjoy nutty, sweet toasted hazelnut, lush Madagascar vanilla, and bittersweet cacao nibs in this dreamy double-oaked imperial stout.
We may be roasting with the heat in Florida, but that hasn’t stopped us from extracting all the rich, complex flavors of hazelnut and cacao nibs with our in-house roasting process. Then we layered those hand-crafted elements with Madagascar vanilla beans, which are known for their sweet, creamy, rich, tobacco-like balsamic flavors with a spicy back note.
Finally, all these mouthwatering flavors are mellowed in double-oaked Woodford Reserve barrels. The result? A dream of flavors you don’t want to sleep on.
Hidden Springs will release these bottles on August 24th with a limited amount going to OZNR the following Monday.
