Johnathan Wakefield of J. Wakefield Brewery in Miami made waves when he announced that he would be flying out to San Diego to brew with Stone Brewing Company. More details have emerged on the beer he is doing with them. Wakefield, along with Stone CEO Greg Koch brewed a Florida Weisse with spicy peppers, boasting flavors of mango, guava, passion fruit, papaya, and peppers.

Wakefield, who recently ran a very successful crowdfunding campaign will be opening his brewery in the Wynwood area of Miami in early 2014.
