One of Florida’s most unique breweries, Pompano Beach’s Odd Breed Wild Ales is announcing the release of a new wild ale for their fans and the wild-ale-curious audience.
From Odd Breed Wild Ales
Bottles of Fuchsia Fusion are now available on the Oznr app, and will be available for pick up when we open our taproom at 4pm on January 26th, 2024.
We combined four wild ales aged 16-38 months in French oak barrels with Wild Blueberries from Maine, European Black Elderberries, and local Palmetto Honey. This beer pours violet in color with intense, jammy fruit notes reminiscent of Black Mulberries mixed with Sangiovese grapes. Our signature Odd Breed funk makes itself known in the mid palate before displaying significant tannins, refreshing acidity, and a dry finish.
Fuchsia Fusion was packaged on August 30th, 2023 in green 375ml bottles and is 7.2% ABV. Bottles are priced at $17. See Odd Breed Wild Ales website, social media, or OZNR app site for more information.
Odd Breed’s recent releases have included a brettanomyces-innoculated doppelbock in celebration of Oktoberfest and a lambic-inspired Christmas ale brewed whole cone Chinook hops and Colorado spruce tips.
