Orlando- Orlando Brewing Company has collaborated with a local orange grower to formulate the third installment in their “Violator Series”: a witbier called Orange Avenue Wit.

According to a press release from the brewery, the beer has tones of orange and coriander, low bitterness, and a light body- perfect for the hot summer months, or just for an entire year in Florida. The beer is hopped with organic Perle hops, while both organic coriander from Orlando’s Homegrown Co-op and orange peel and oranges from Uncle Matt’s Organic in Clermont, Florida gave the beer its more overt flavors.

Orlando Brewing will launch this witbier on Saturday, July 20th and their Wit and Wild Luau Brewout, beginning at 2pm. The brewery encourages patrons to dress in their best or worst Hawaiian shirt in order to receive happy hour prices all day long.
