About 7venth Sun Brewery:

7venth Sun Brewery poured its first beer on January 7th, 2012. 7venth Sun is the brainchild of owners Justin Stange and Devon Kreps. Devon has her degree in Fermentation Science from Oregon State University, and has brewed for Anheuser-Busch, managed production at Sweetwater Brewing in Atlanta, and now uses the combination of her talents in a brewery that she co-owns with brewer Justin Stange. Justin has worked at Sweetwater Brewing, and Cigar City Brewing before striking out to make his own trail in the craft beer world. Along with assistant brewers Megan O’Boyle and Mike Lukacina, 7venth Sun brews Belgian-inspired beers, spirit-barrel-aged beers, IPAs, and oak-aged sour beers. By their powers combined, 7venth Sun brews, kegs, and occasionally bottles inspired beers in their storefront brewery on Broadway in Dunedin.

An expansion plan is actively in the works. We can’t release many details, but the plan is to keep our current location and then build a second facility that will allow for more production, and much larger tasting room.

7venth Sun invites you to own a piece of Florida History

Previously, Dunedin’s 7venth Sun Brewery made headlines with their plans to can a Berliner Weisse, Wolfman’s Berliner.

Now that canning is complete, 7venth Sun invites their fans to own a piece of Florida history: the first Berliner Weisse canned in Florida.

Wolfman’s Berliner Weisse is currently available in 16oz cans at 7venth Sun with a limit of two per person, while they last.

7venth Sun teases Wolfman’s Berliner artwork

UPDATE: Apologies for any confusion, apparently the Wolfman is destined for cans.

Dunedin- 7venth Sun Brewery does not release bottles regularly, but when they do release bottles, they will go quickly and be in high demand.

The small and fierce 7venth Sun posted artwork for Wolfman’s Berliner and in tiny letters at the bottom reads: “Brewed and bottled by 7venth Sun Brewing Company, LLC.” No information yet on a can release, but a Wolfman’s Berliner release would be the first time one of 7venth Sun’s Berliner Weisses was available in a package, and one of the first ever Berliner Weisses in a can.
