81Bay Brewing is one of Tampa’s youngest breweries, but they are wasting no time throwing their support behind some of Florida’s favorite sports teams. In particular, the brewery’s lager, dubbed Lightning Lager, is its best seller and is earmarked for distribution in a recent agreement the brewery signed with MicroMan Distributing of Oldsmar, according to a recent article in the Tampa Bay Times.

81Bay is marking several firsts, according to that same article.  Lightning Lager is apparently the brewery’s best selling beer, and 81Bay cites its approachability as a distinguishing factor.  81Bay Brewing teamed up with MicroMan Distributing, and Lightning Lager is one of the brewery’s first beers to be distributed.  Finally, 81Bay is already planning an expansion.
