About 3 Daughters Brewing
At 3 Daughters Brewing, our goal is to create great tasting craft beers. We hope you’ll come to by the tasting room in St Petersburg to try one of our over 60 recipes on tap. Not near St Pete? Look for our brands in restaurants and bars in Florida, Georgia and the Bahamas.

The concept of 3 Daughters Brewing started with Mike and Head Brewer (then Head Chef) Ty Weaver in a local restaurant in St Petersburg, Florida. They were working on a recipe for a beer battered fish and decided to make it with their own hand crafted brews. No surprise, it sold a lot of fish and fueled their passion for brewing craft beer.

As the popularity of the beers grew, Mike and Ty decided to invest in a brewhouse to increase their brewing capacity for the restaurant. When they picked out a 30-barrel system, it was time to move on from the restaurant industry and start a journey in craft beer. As the brewery was being built, the common joke was, “how many beers do we have to sell to put 3 Daughters through college?” And so the shortening of the name to 3 Daughters Brewing…

Rapp Brewing to release Barrel Aged Imperial Stout

Rapp Brewing Company has undergone a transformation since Greg Rapp announced his intention to open his company in Seminole. After finding a warehouse space, owner Greg Rapp renovated a warehouse and office space into a brewery and tasting room. Now, after several successful bottle releases, including several batches of Rapp’s “OMG” strong ale, a bourbon barrel-aged robust porter, and more, Rapp is going to release his imperial stout that has been aged in a Heaven Hill brand bourbon barrel for seven months.

Rapp will release his so-called Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout, which clocks in at a hefty 11% alcohol by volume, in 22oz bottles beginning at 5pm on Saturday, August 16th. There is no bottle limit, so once the beer sells out, it is gone.

Rapp Brewing Company is located at 10930 Endeavour Way in Seminole.
