Proof Brewing Company announced that they began brewing on their new commercial system in their shiny new brewery in Railroad Square in Tallahassee.

In typical Proof fashion, the first beer will be tapped and poured at a glassware giveaway event. The first beer will be poured into commemorative glassware that will be given to folks at the event.

In other Proof news, the brewery is finalizing details for the All-Florida Tap Takeover event. On September 13th, Proof will give all taps over to their fellow Florida brewers.

Proof Brewing Company is located at 1717 West Tennessee Street in Tallahassee. Proof’s new commercial brewing facility is located at 644 McDonnell Drive in Tallahassee (please note that the commercial facility has limited hours they are open to the public).
