Naples Beach Brewery shares important updates

Naples Beach Brewery, southwest Florida’s first craft brewery, has been adding on to their brewery and growing for some time now.  This week, the brewery shared a bottle release and exciting footage of their canning line in operation.

Harvest Moonshine Release: Mark your calendars! September 16th at 7:30pm we release our Harvest Moonshine: an Apple Pie Wheat Wine aged in bourbon barrels with apples and cinnamon added! 2 bottle max/person. Also on tap in the brewery.

There will be a keg tapped at South Street Saturday September 17th! This is the only other place to serve Harvest Moonshine!

Boogie Gourd Pumpkin Porter: This dark porter has an addition of lactose sugar to create a pie-like mouthfeel.  Then pumpkin spices are added for enhanced sensory experience.  Look for it out in distribution starting September 1st! Also keep up to date for some exciting fall beers we are working on!

SWFL’s first microbrewery Naples Beach Brewery employs a community focused approach to growing the culture of quality beer here in beautiful Naples. We take pride in providing the freshest beers made from ingredients of the highest quality.  We brew our handcrafted beers on a 15 barrel, 3 vessel steam heated brewhouse built in Michigan by CraftWerk Brewing Systems. We also work on a custom built 132 gallon, 3 vessel pilot system to develop recipes for in house sale and future large volume production.

Naples Beach Brewery posts details of first anniversary

Naples Beach Brewing Company is celebrating their first anniversary this coming weekend, Saturday, November 30th. The brewery has posted some details for the celebration:

Next Saturday Nov. 30th is our 1 year anniversary. We have a great day planned for you at the brewery.
Starting at noon we will be offering a $25 tour/tasting in which we will have 10 beers available for sampling. One of those will be our Anniversary Ale, an 11% abv DIPA with copious amounts of New Zealand hops. The hop profile makes for a one of a kind brew so don’t miss out. A souvenir logo snifter is included along with some great take home items. We will also be raffling off merchandise every hour and there will be pizza to curb your appetite. Please join us to celebrate your support for a local brewery. Cheers!

Naples Beach Brewing shows South Florida beer is growing

Southwest Florida used to be a true beer wasteland. From Marco Island to Naples to Fort Myers, locals were lucky if they could get beer from a Florida brewery like Cigar City or Florida Beer Company. Then in June of 2012, Naples Beach Brewing opened their doors and began to put Southwest Florida on the craft beer map. The brewery began to grow slowly and over time they would move to keg distribution through Southwest Florida.

Fast forward one year to August of 2013: How much has craft beer grown in Southwest Florida? Naples Beach posted this curious little item on Saturday:

A new record. We packaged a keg of our Pale Ale 8 days ago and have already gotten the keg back! Cheers to you for enjoying fresh locally brewed beer. As always thanks for supporting your local brewery and local retailers.
