Tallahassee’s Proof Brewing Company has opened a brewpub in Tallahassee, brewed collaboration beer for Ukraine relief, and has also announced that the brewery is also using carbon capture technology.
Proof Brewing Company is not letting the grass grow under their new facility in Tallahassee! They are releasing cans today, Friday, March 1st:

This award-winning beer brought home the Silver Medal for Best IPA in the Best Florida Beer Competition 2018! ???? It was also rated a top 50 IPA in a blind taste test by Paste Magazine, describing it as, “Big citrus (lemon) and tropical (mango) juiciness is buttressed by a whole lot of grass/resin…”

A collaboration beer, of course, and that is just what happened when the folks at Intuition Ale Works met the gents at Proof Brewing Company. The meeting of the minds that took place between the two brewers will soon be pouring forth into Tallahassee.

Proof Brewing’s production facility is located at 644 McDonnel Drive in Tallahassee. The trouble starts at 3pm on Saturday, May 30th.
In the hands of a talented brewer, whiskey barrels are like quality paint in an artist’s palette. It is always good news to hear when a brewery takes delivery because that means that the aging process will soon begin and an announcement will come down the pike that barrel aged beers will soon be pouring.
Proof Brewing of Tallahassee made such an announcement recently.
“A huge truckload from Kentucky just arrived this past week. These beautiful whiskey barrels hold over three half barrels of beer each! Expect some Proof barrel aged beer in the near future!”
Look for Proof barrel-aged beers in the future.
A few weeks ago Proof Brewing Company announced that they had made an Imperial IPA in celebration of the FSU Seminoles’ BCS National Championship. This bruising, take-no-prisoners imperial IPA is so strong and demand is so high that Proof had to presell pours and impose a limit to ensure that all fans got to try it.
This week, Proof is announcing the tapping of the Barrel Aged version of Warpath. This Friday, March 7th, Proof will tap a limited amount of this beer at 5pm.

Due to overwhelming demand, Proof Brewing Company is changing the release of their Warpath IPA from a regular “it’s available at the bar” tap release to a “pre-sale” release.
Proof recently announced in their newsletter that:
We will begin pre-sales at
7PM ON THE BACK PATIO.You will be purchasing the glass with a FILL CERTIFICATE that will allow you ONE PROOF WARPATH starting at 8PM. (Warpath will only be available with fill certificate and not for individual purchase due to limited quantities)
All fill certificates will need to be used by Midnight.

Proof is releasing Warpath IPA to commemorate the Florida State Seminoles’ National Championship run. The release is tonight, February 12th beginning with 7pm pre-sales.
