Proof Brewing Company posts 2020 release calendar

Press Release: Proof Brewing Co. has announced their inaugural release calendar for 2020, which features twelve total offerings. The calendar consists of its core line up, available year-round in draft and 6-pack cans. Proof Brewing Co. will release four new rotated offerings in package and draft, in addition to four fruited Berliner Weisse styles available for draft only, called their “Sour Series.” All twelve offerings will be available in the brewery’s tasting room or distribution in Florida where Proof is sold.

“Our new production facility gives us the capacity for innovation and creativity,” said Marketing Director Bryan Smith. “We’re so excited to give our fans the beers they’ve been wanting for so long. This calendar allows our team to continue to push boundaries and define our future as industry leaders.”

Leading boldly at the start of the year is Litany of Angels, a 9% ABV Belgian Strong Ale, available January through March in 4-packs and draft. The next offering springing to life is White Orchid, an American IPA with tropical fruits and citrus notes, available April through July in 4-packs and draft. Tradition follows with the seasonal release of Prooftoberfest, a German-style Festbier, available August through October in 6-packs and draft. Coffee Creatures In the Dark, a sweet stout aged on local coffee will conclude the inaugural 2020 offerings and be available October through December in 4-packs and draft.

“We’re excited to introduce our lineup of fruited sour Berliner Weisse variants in new markets,” said Head Brewer Arin Brown. “These beers have typically only been available in our tap room. It’s a unique and popular style in the Florida beer scene that pairs perfectly with the outdoor lifestyle.”

Proof Brewing Co. will offer four fruited sour beers available in distribution for draft only. These variants will rotate and include: Pomegranate Passion Fruit Evil Kiss, Strawberry Lemonade Evil Kiss, Key Lime Pie Evil Kiss, and Raspberry Lime Evil Kiss.

The brewery will release additional beers in the brewery’s tasting room and local Tallahassee distribution. These releases will be announced closer to their release dates. Stay tuned to the brewery’s social media and website for updates.

Proof Brewing Company beers to be available at Doak Campbell Stadium for football season

Press Release: Proof Brewing Co. will be sold in the five concession locations during home football games at Doak Campbell Stadium at Florida State University in 2019. Eight-five-0 Pale Ale and Mango Wit Belgian-style Wit will be included in the two locations within Doak Campbell and three areas outside the stadium.

“We are beyond thrilled for this opportunity and support from FSU,” said Founder, Byron Burroughs. “We can’t wait to cheer on our hometown team and provide our fans at the game with a fresh local craft beer.”

The sale of beer will be open to the public at all five locations.  However, the two areas inside Doak Campbell will require that all alcoholic beverages be consumed within a designated area adjacent to the concession stand. Alcohol consumption will not be permitted in any public location inside Doak Campbell other than the two designated areas.

The concession stands in the tailgating area will open when the parking lots open and will end all sales 10 minutes prior to scheduled kickoff time.  The two areas within Doak Campbell will open when the gates open and will stop service at the end of the third quarter.

Proof Brewing Co. is sold in the Champions Club during FSU Football home games and other FSU Athletic events, including FSU Baseball, and FSU Basketball.

Proof Brewing Company Releases Warpath Imperial IPA Limited Edition Cans

Proof Brewing Co. is set to release the award-winning Warpath Imperial IPA in limited edition four-pack cans on Thursday, August 29th at 4 pm in the tasting room only. The crowd-pleasing 8% ABV Imperial IPA brewed annually in the fall at the start of the college football season, pays tribute to our hometown team. Warpath’s hoppy flavor will galvanize your taste buds and your thirst for victory.

Warpath IPA, a Tallahassee favorite, is a limited release beer from Proof Brewing Company, and it was first released in 2014 to celebrate the FSU Seminoles’ national championship victory.  The beer was first released on draft only, but its status as a crowd favorite led to an eventual can release.

Proof Brewing Company releases La La Land IPA as a year-round beer

Press Release: Proof Brewing Co. is set to release the highly anticipated La La Land West Coast-style IPA in six-pack cans in the brewery’s new tasting room on Friday, March 15th at 11:00 AM. La La Land IPA will be added to the year-round line up with limited distribution in Florida. East meets West in our homage to the classic West Coast-style. Featuring bright aromas and flavors of citrus and tropical fruit, with a crisp, resinous bitterness. A vibrant balance of hops and malts for any landscape!

“Our new production facility has given us the space to increase our line-up of beers,” said Angela Burroughs, Proof Brewing Company’s founder. “This release of La La Land has been a long time coming and a fan favorite for years. La La Land IPA will be added next to Eightfive-0 American Pale Ale and Mango Wit Belgian Wit with Proof Brewing Co.’s Lager joining the market in April. La La Land’s distribution will begin in Tallahassee and continue to spread throughout the market everywhere Eightfive-0 or Mango Wit cans can be found.
