Proof Brewing to tap Barrel Aged Warpath Imperial IPA

A few weeks ago Proof Brewing Company announced that they had made an Imperial IPA in celebration of the FSU Seminoles’ BCS National Championship. This bruising, take-no-prisoners imperial IPA is so strong and demand is so high that Proof had to presell pours and impose a limit to ensure that all fans got to try it.

This week, Proof is announcing the tapping of the Barrel Aged version of Warpath. This Friday, March 7th, Proof will tap a limited amount of this beer at 5pm.

Proof Brewing is located at 1717 West Tennessee Street in Tallahassee.

Proof Brewing introduces Warpath Imperial IPA

The Sunshine State and the FSU Seminoles took home a national championship trophy to the city of Tallahassee this year, and in honor of the Seminole victory Proof Brewing Company of Tallahassee has brewed Warpath Imperial IPA.

The beer? Why, it’s brewed with Warrior and Tomahawk hops and is an aggressive 10% alcohol.

At 10% ABV and brewed with Warrior and Tomahawk hops its the perfect way to commemorate an unconquered season.
