Nick Walker of Ology Brewing is the latest guest on the BeerWise podcast
Recorded in September of 2021, this episode of the BeerWise podcast features Nick Walker of Ology Brewing. Florida Beer News editor Mark DeNote talks to Nick about Ology’s growth and after the show was recorded, Nick dropped the bombshell that Ology would be the next tenants of Angry Chair Brewing’s Florida Avenue location. In the episode, he simply teases the reveal, but after it was recorded, Nick and company were kind enough to allow Florida Beer News to release the information first.
We hope you enjoy the show.
THIS EPISODE:
Nick Walker is the founder and co-owner of Ology Brewing Company the versatile and bustling brewery that claims the title of Tallahassee’s fourth brewery in opening, but is quickly becoming the largest brewery in operation with three locations in Florida’s capital city and plans to move into the spot vacated by Angry Chair Brewing in Tampa’s Seminole Heights neighborhood.
In this episode, I talk to Nick about where Ology has been and the growth it has seen as well as how the brewery and its staff keep up with the dizzying array of releases and new beers the brewery always seems to have on hand. I hope you enjoy the show.

About Ology Brewing
We’re an experimental brewery, where we create small-batch ales that let the wild, funky and sour flavors of beer converge. Here, we believe that microbes are magical and taste is transcendent. That’s why we constantly work to revive old-world recipes, research ingredient combinations, and experiment with new techniques to give you a higher quality beer experience.
