New Year, New Breweries tour with The Brew Bus Tampa

Tampa Bay Brew Bus will kick off the new year by touring some of the newest breweries in the Tampa Bay Area. The Brew Bus has announced plans for a tour of Saint Petersburg’s newest addition: 3 Daughters Brewing, then Clearwater’s brewing sensation: Pair O Dice Brewing, along with lunch at the Gulfport standard: Peg’s Cantina.

Each stop includes a complimentary pint of beer, a tour of the facility, and Brew Bus Brewing beer on the bus ride. Lunch at Peg’s comes with the ticket price as well.

Are Wheat There Yet?
Are Wheat There Yet?, our hoppy Wheat Ale, is medium bodied with a hint of wheat and malt sweetness. Magnum and Galaxy hops contribute a slight bitterness balance of honey and malt sweetness. Late kettle additions of Nelson Sauvin and Kohatu hops add white grape, honeydew melon and passion fruit aromatics to this refreshing American Honey wheat.

ABV: 5.5%

Rollin Dirty Red Ale
Rollin Dirty Red Ale, our Irish-style Ale possesses a deep amber color. It displays a forward caramel aroma with hints of chocolate and roasted nuts. English hop varietals lend a floral to herbal bitterness which helps to round the carmel sweetness and lend some crispness to this year round ale.

ABV: 5%

Last Stop IPA
This 7.2% ABV, crushable IPA, is the perfect blend of the refreshing notes of tropical fruit and citrus, along with the clean finish of fresh pine. Hopped with Magnum, Centennial, and Columbus hop additions give this IPA a strong citrusy, floral base with little hints of spice. And dry hopped with Amarillo, Simcoe, and Citra hops, the Last Stop IPA is sure to be a crowd pleaser.

You’re My Boy, Blue
You’re my boy Blue, is our blueberry wheat ale. Brewed with Pacific Jade hops and all natural blueberries this ale is sure to refresh every taste bud it touches.

Tampa Bay Brew Bus launches Brew Bus Brewing

Today is the day that we launch Brew Bus Brewing! Formally Tampa Bay Brew Bus Beer, we intend to separate our successful Brew Bus tour program from our craft beer line of cans to allow for further success for both branches of our business.

Our first can release is our Last Stop IPA. This new brand was well received back in August when it was first released in kegs. A recipe by Josh Brengle, lead brewer at Cigar City Brewing in Tampa, FL, this hop bomb is brewed with Magnum, Centennial, Columbus, Amarillo, Simcoe, and Citra hops. Clocking in at 7.2% this highly drinkable, paler IPA lends towards heavy doses of citrus and tropical flavors. Available distribution in cans and kegs with JJ Taylor Florida Distributing and Brown Distributing.
During the next month you will see our other brands being released in cans, including: Rollin Dirty Irish Red Ale, Are Wheat There Yet? American Wheat Ale, and our all-natural blueberry wheat ale called You’re My Boy, Blue.

We will continue to support our local community wherever we have a Brew Bus location. It has always been my mission to further promote the craft beer movement while increasing the economic impact to local breweries, craft beer bars, and brewpubs.

*Brew Bus Halloween Bash: October 25

You like dressing up? Good. You like craft beer? Better. You like dressing up while drinking craft beer? NOW WE’RE TALKING. Hop on the Brew Bus for First Friday in Downtown St. Petersburg. We will leave Cigar City Brewing at 8pm and head to the World of Beer St. Petersburg, once we arrive everyone will be free to roam the streets. At a late, 2 am, we will hop on the Brew Bus and head back to Tampa.

$20 includes: roundtrip transportation, and complimentary craft beer!

The Cajun Cafe is back at it again with their highly respected, Fall Craft Beer Festival.
