Pair O’ Dice Brewing is holding their first ever bottle release and true to their west coast influences it is a monster IPA. The Pit Boss Triple IPA (10% ABV), is an Imperial IPA brewed with copious amounts of Apollo, Chinook, Amarillo, and Simcoe hops. It weighs in at 125 IBUs and uses triple the amount of hops of their flagship Hop Bet Red IPA. It has a medium body, full of piney, citrusy characteristics from the hops and is deceptively balanced and smooth.

The Pit Boss Triple IPA is the second beer to be released from their Hop Streak Series, a hop forward limited release beer series designed to encourages distributors, retailers, and consumers to drink hoppy beers at their freshest.
