Jordan and Ricky tag teamed an Imperial IPA today with a touch of amber malt for depth, generously hopped with wild and dank comet hops and Nelson sauvin late additions. About The Wild Rover Brewery:

The Wild Rover Pub & Brewery is the ambition of father-son team Derek and Ricky Wells. Their goal is to combine the atmosphere of a English country pub with the quality of small batch craft beer.

After a year or so of homebrewing, Derek and Ricky decided to turn their hobby into their career. Derek thought that it was time to open his own pub in order to express that atmosphere he so missed from England; a local bar where everyone could come and converse and enjoy each others company. Ricky thought it would be a great idea to put in a brewery as well, in order to serve high quality beer to the patrons.

The Wild Rover Brewery will open its doors at 11am on Saturday, November 30th, 2013. The brewery is located at 8740 North Mobley Road in Keystone, Florida.
