Florida’s newest Meadery – Zymarium Meadery – has announced their grand opening date in Orlando’s Mills 50 District. The meadery first began funding in June 2021 and has been advancing towards opening day with momentum, and the announcement came via Zymarium’s social media.
From Zymarium Meadery:
Zymarium Meadery is finally opening its doors on 8/19 and we look forward to sharing lots of mead with all of you in celebration!
All the details coming soon!! (Bottle releases, one-off kegs, food trucks, and more!)
We have had several groups interested in attending, and are hoping to be able to accommodate everyone throughout the day without having to turn people away, or having people waiting outside in the heat, so we are doing our best to plan ahead so everything can run smoothly. In order to allow more people to enjoy the grand opening throughout the day WE WILL BE LETTING GROUPS INTO THE TAPROOM IN 2 HOUR BLOCKS, starting at 12pm (noon).
We will be using colored wristbands for each 2-hour block, which will be given away at the door on a first-to-arrive basis. Once all wristbands for a 2-hour block are given out, we will cycle to the next color, and so on. If you have some time to wait before joining us in the taproom, we will have some food options onsite for you to enjoy (more details to come!)!
