Tallahassee- Proof Brewing Company began brewing in July of 2012, and has worked to become a premiere craft brewery in Florida’s capitol city. The brewing system downstairs of their Tallahassee bar and tasting room has cranked out beer for Tallahassee on a three-barrel system since their opening.
Pensacola- Since their grand opening in November of 2010, Pensacola Bay Brewery has worked to make quality craft beer for citizens and visitors to the City of Five Flags. On Tuesday the brewery celebrated a milestone: 300 batches of beer.

Longwood- One of Metro Orlando’s northern breweries is celebrating one year of operation on August 17th. When Hourglass Brewery opened doors a year ago, they did so in Longwood, north of Orlando and sought to blend styles and bend local ideas of what beer could be. Now, after one year in operation, they are celebrating this momentous occasion with three food trucks, four bands, and twenty-three Hourglass beers on tap.
Melbourne- Florida Beer Company of Melbourne will be releasing their current seasonal, Conchtoberfest, a German-style Marzen.
