Located in Boca Raton, Barrel of Monks Brewing is known for their dedication to traditional Belgian-inspired ales. While some of Barrel of Monks’s beers are regularly released in cans, these seasonal beers are released in large-format 750mL bottles.

Parade of Souls Imperial Stout Bottle Release – Saturday, October 29th 

Join us for our Bottle Release of PARADE OF SOULS. Parade of Souls is our Belgian-inspired version of an Imperial Stout. It is as dark as night, but don’t be afraid of the dark! Bold and velvety, there are notes of chocolate and dark fruit with complexity added by the Belgian yeast strain used, but without the harshness found in many stouts.

Join our parade, and through darkness may you find the light. This vintage ale should age well for several years!

Father Christmas Holiday Ale 2022 Bottle Release – Saturday, November 12th

Holiday ales are a big deal in Belgium. Most major breweries there make one, usually spiced brown ales. In that tradition, we present to you Father Christmas!

This is a dark ale made with the finest European malt and hops, fermented with a classic Belgian yeast strain and gently spiced with holiday spices to evoke that feeling of sitting around a fire during the holidays.

It is made slowly and carefully with a long maturation time to allow the flavors to fully develop. We hope this flavorful beer will add to your happiness during the upcoming holiday season!
