It is a season of celebration in St. Petersburg! After the Sunshine City’s first brewery, Cycle Brewing, celebrated their 10th Anniversary, right behind them is Green Bench Brewing celebrating 10 years in craft beer.

10 YEARS OF GREEN BENCH

It’s party time, y’all. This month Green Bench Brewing celebrates a whopping ten years. Party preparations and brainstorming sessions have inspired moments of reflection of the last decade – of all the ways that we’ve been able to connect with our local and global communities, of the friends we’ve made, of the myriad moments of kindness and celebration that you all have involved us in. It’s overwhelmingly wonderful to step back and take stock of all of the joy that has been as well as all that we have in store!

In the short term, we have ten days of giveaways and four days of parties to look forward to.

Here’s what’s cookin’…

Wednesday, September 27th:

Ten years of GB employees will reunite for an evening of beer sippin’ and story swappin’. But the brewery is open to the public, so regulars new and original are encouraged and invited to swing by and toast your favorite past and present GB cast members.

Thursday, September 28th:

You know him. You love him. You probably own something he designed or took a selfie in front of a mural he painted. The one. The only. Chad Mize! Chad has once again curated a lineup of incredibly talented St. Pete artists to dazzle St. Petians with their creative prowess. DJ Repete will be slingin’ tunes to get the vibe right.

Friday, September 29th:

It’s BACK, and better than ever! Since our very own Mike Tony took home the trophy last year, the competition has been retired. But that doesn’t mean that folks shouldn’t dust off their trusty old karaoke bangers and show St. Pete what’s what! DJ Jayda Abello is hosting this year, which is sure to be a treat.

Saturday, September 30th:

That’s right. The grand return of the Get Low waterslide. Join us for a sunny day of frivolous fun.

On Saturday we’ll also have ten hours of specials to celebrate ten years! We’ll feature $6 6-packs of core and seasonal beers, $10 select webb’s bottles, $10 select 16oz 4-packs, and $5 core and seasonal draft pours.

So whether you’re working for the weekend or a weekend warrior, we’ve got a whole bunch of opportunities to celebrate! Our team will be celebrating all of YOU, the reason we do what we do, and the best people who make our amazing St. Pete community so special.
