It’s always difficult to hear that an award-winning brewer is leaving the Tampa Bay Beer Scene. Ryan Freeman has been the head brewer at Dade City Brew House since the brewery opened, and today the news broke that his last day brewing in Dade City is in sight.
From Dade City Brew House:
This is not an easy announcement to make.
We want to share that Ryan has decided to move on from Dade City Brew House to pursue other endeavors.
Ryan was one of our core four original hires and he has been a huge part in making our taproom what it has become over the past five years. We cannot thank him enough for his creativity, the endless laughter, the commentary on whatever sport was on the tv, and most importantly, establishing a culture that is centered on truly great, award-winning beer. Ryan, we love you, and we wish you and your family nothing but the best in your next chapter.
